Our Conferences

Are you planning a conference or function in Durban? Rain Farm Private Game Lodge & Spa offers a professional conference venue in the heart of nature, just 15 minutes outside Ballito!

We provide a comprehensive solution to your conference, seminar or product launch, so that your event is an unqualified success.
We know that the success of any function depends on more than merely good accommodation and conference venues, so we have created this resource to help you to plan all that will make your conference “more”.

Kids Parties

Having a kid’s party at Rain Farm Private Game Lodge & Spa is a unique, fun and educational experience. Book a game drive and see how many animals you can spot such as Giraffe, Zebra and Wildebeest to name but a few.

Fairy Light Patio Venue Hire includes the use of the following communal areas:

• Exclusive use of the Fairy Light Patio for up to 3 hours

• Tables (Black Linen), chairs are provided, a formal seating arrangement cannot be set-up in

the kids play area.

• You are welcome to bring your own décor, décor is not included with the venue hire.

• BYO parties are not permitted.

• Confetti sparkles or fire displays, glitter bomb, glitter & confetti balloons not permitted.

Adventure Hub Venue Hire includes the use of the following communal areas:

• Exclusive use of the Adventure Venue for up to 3 hours

• Includes Wall Climbing, Archery & Abseiling

• Tables (Black Linen), chairs are provided. You are welcome to bring your own décor, décor is

not included with the venue hire.

• Confetti sparkles or fire displays, glitter bomb, glitter & confetti balloons not permitted.

• Outsourced Catering is allowed at this venue

Important Information

  • Adult supervision is required for all activities.
  • Please do not feed the animals.
  • No swimming is permitted.
  • Outsourced catering and drinks are not permitted unless specifically included in the selected package.
  • Rain Farm offers a variety of tailor-made menus to suit your party requirements.
  • There is an additional charge for externally supplied birthday cakes, cupcakes or donut walls.

Birthday Party Time Slots

Venue hire times must be strictly adhered to.

  • Morning Party: 09:00 – 12:00
  • Afternoon Party: 13:00 – 16:00

Optional Extras

  • Game Drive: R300 per person
    30–45 minutes per trip. Pre-booking is essential. One adult is required to supervise the children during the game drive.
  • Paintball, Archery & Wall Climbing Combo: R300 per person
  • Platters & Additional Menu Options: Available from our platter menu and must be pre-ordered at least 72 hours before the party.
  • Birthday Cake: You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake, cupcakes or donut wall at an additional cost.

Extend your stay with us and book in our luxurious accommodation which is available to guests from Monday- Sunday. Rain Farm Private Game Lodge & Spa can accommodate 48 guests sharing.
